Each morning, I like getting in about 30 minutes of reading time to kick start the day. This mornings book is called "Multipliers" how the best leaders make everyone smarter. What always gets me so engaged is how some of the most difficult aspects of what we do can be solved by being able to attract working with the right people. Just to clarify this further, by right people I mean people that are great at what they do and are excited to work with you.
If you are able to get a lot of those kind of people, over time you will be surprised at how well you are able to do consistently great work. It start with a passion for people and seeing them succeed in their respective areas of expertise. The most work though, starts from the inside as other talent likes being around those that they see as talented. So you need to put in the extra work in being a human being that pursues ideas and creates, on a consistent basis in other to attract others that are in a similar path.
Once this happens, then you will need to be open to finding talent and in the end, attracting the talent to work with you.
